Biography:
As a lifelong concert hound, Bill Warheit photographed shows in Central Florida from the ‘70s through the early ‘80s. Artists and bands in his collection include Santana, Genesis, Todd Rundgren, Roy Buchanan, Cheap Trick, and many others. Warheit’s photography experience led to a 25-year career in television as a technical director at Orlando’s NBC station. There he produced and directed Florida’s first music video program, 2 Rocks Tonight, for 5 years. He retired after more than 20,000 live newscasts, thousands of other programs, and additional freelance work for NBC, ESPN, and RCA. Warheit now helps operate a record store in Orlando, Florida.
